Where duplicate accounts are identified, cdk444 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any balances therein, including any bonus funds.

2.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, up to the amount of the original deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with our payment processor requirements. Any amount exceeding the original deposit may be withdrawn to a verified bank account or mobile wallet registered to your cdk444 account.
cdk444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by cdk444 are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion ("wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion:
- Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not the initial deposit.

3.3 Bonus Abuse
Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple accounts, using automated software to exploit promotions, or making deposits and withdrawals without genuine play activity — will have their bonus funds forfeited, their account suspended, and may be permanently banned from the Platform. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3.4 Promotion Modifications
cdk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion, bonus offer, or loyalty program feature at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's account, provided those funds were credited under the terms that were in force at the time of crediting.
4. Betting & Gaming Rules
4.1 Acceptance of Bets
All bets placed on cdk444 are accepted subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. cdk444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason, including but not limited to bets placed after the outcome of an event is known, bets placed using odds that were published erroneously, and bets placed by Players who are under investigation for prohibited activity.
4.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the Platform. These limits are displayed in the relevant market or game lobby. cdk444 reserves the right to adjust individual account limits at any time based on betting patterns, account history, or risk management considerations. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher stake limits subject to prior agreement with the cdk444 account management team.
4.3 Obvious Errors
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction — cdk444 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake to the Player's account. cdk444 will not be liable for any losses arising from bets placed on erroneous odds where the error was or should reasonably have been apparent to the Player.
4.4 Prohibited Betting Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cdk444 Platform:
- Match-fixing or any form of corruption in sport.
- Placing bets in coordination with other Players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbitrage abuse").
- Using insider information not available to the general public when placing bets.
- Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit the Platform.
- Exploiting technical glitches, software errors, or delayed data feeds to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure
5.1 General Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the cdk444 Platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point, including during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network associated with cdk444.
- Distributing malicious software or conducting denial-of-service attacks against Platform infrastructure.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing cdk444 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
5.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where cdk444 determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Player's account; void any open or settled bets; withhold or forfeit any balance, bonus funds, or pending withdrawals; report the matter to relevant authorities; and pursue civil or criminal legal remedies as appropriate.
5.3 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request the voluntary closure of their cdk444 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.3 No Warranty
The cdk444 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. cdk444 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or servers that make it available are free from viruses or harmful components.
8. Responsible Gaming

The Platform provides a suite of account-level tools that Players may activate at any time directly from their account dashboard — including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and full self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months.

- Step 3 — Final Decision: The compliance team's determination constitutes cdk444's final internal position on the matter. Following this step, either party may pursue external remedies as appropriate under applicable law.
9.3 Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
10.2 Entire Agreement
